Finance Business Partner

Financial & strategic support:
Collaborate with the CEO and management team to develop strategic financial plans aligned with
business objectives.
 Conduct comprehensive analysis of financial performance, including margin evolution, and identify
trends. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve profitability, efficiency, and
operational or commercial effectiveness.
 Enable fact-based strategy discussions.
Financial Reporting:
Prepare accurate and insightful financial reports and presentations for stakeholders and executive
leadership.
Lead the budgeting and forecasting process, working closely with stakeholders to develop accurate
and achievable financial targets.
Make sure the business information in the company is accurate, and control and challenge
operational processes causing discrepancies.
Working capital & risk management:
Lead the Payables & Invoicing team, and actively manage these working capital components. Drive
improvement projects.
Monitor the cash flow and cash position.
Assess financial risks and exposures, developing proactive strategies to mitigate potential threats and
safeguard the organization’s financial health.
